Upshift is an annual event put on by Amazon to better connect with their freight partner community. In 2024 over 200 freight partners and their guests, connected with and learned from Amazon’s internal teams. New product enhancements and program changes where announced, and the AFP ( Amazon Freight Partner )community was celebrated.
For this project I provided art direction and design support for an external agency producing presentations for both keynote and breakout sessions. My stakeholders consisted of high level Amazon department heads down to individual team managers, with an audience that included anyone in attendance. I was tasked with making sure these presentations all remained consistent to the event branding as well as maintained a design standard in line with the event.
While art directing presentations is a bit outside of my normal wheel house I am happy to report the event went of without a hitch, earning it’s self a 98th percentile customer satisfaction score from the surveyed attendees. In Amazon terms this was a bar raising event.
